SURE BET SERVICE INCLUDES:

Show and Advertise all vacancies

Lease Agreement preparation and negotiation

Screen all potential tenants for (Judgments, criminal, and civil)

Verify all rental and employment references

Maintain the property/Scheduling all needed repairs with follow up

Collect Rent and deposit all rents received into owners operating trust account

Provide owner with financial statements of all income and expenses

Periodic check-up on all properties

Delivery of all legal notices and any court actions if necessary

No charge if property is vacant
Full House Real Estate, LLC stays in contact with owners to notify if a property needs upkeep or repair. We oversee any job that needs to be done. We handle all communication with tenants.
Advertising:
Full House Real Estate, LLC does the placement of all rental ads. Owner is responsible for only the cost of the ad.
Trust Accounts:
Full House Real Estate, LLC deposits all monies received into a Trust Account as required by law. We maintain an Owners Operating Trust Account and a separate Security Deposit Trust Account. Financial statements are generated monthly to provide owners of all monies collected and expenses.
Legal Actions - if necessary
If tenant breaches any part of the Lease Agreement and legal action is required, Full House Real Estate, LLC will handle it by delivering legal notices and appear in court.
How much would this cost me?
Full House Real Estate, LLC charges a flat rate of 10% on the monies collected for the property plus applicable taxes (State of New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax). No Fee is assessed if property is vacant.
